Recommendations for a Healthy Life.



Hello guys, in this occasion i say some recommendations for a healthy and happy life:)
  1. Is very important, eat a lot of vegetables.
  2. don't smoke for any reason.
  3. don't consume drugs.
  4. Walk a half of hour at the day
  5. Listen music.
  6. Sleep of 6 at 7 hours.
  7. Make deports.
  8. Every day have a breakfast.
  9. Don't consume alcoholic drinks.
  10. Take a shower every day.
