Hello guys, in this occasion i say some recommendations for a healthy and happy life:)

- don't consume drugs.
- Walk a half of hour at the day
- Listen music.
- Sleep of 6 at 7 hours.
- Make deports.
- Every day have a breakfast.
- Don't consume alcoholic drinks.
- Take a shower every day.
